Gordon Leslie Jaynes - A consultant to The World Bank on their 1995 DRB Provisions. Gordon currently serves as chairman of dispute boards for the Ghazi Barotha Hydropower Project in Pakistan and for the Kunming Zhangjiuhe River Water Diversion & Water Supply Project in China. He also serves as an arbitrator on international engineering and construction project disputes. |
