Mr Tony Ensom and Dr Mark Hoyle will be joining the Court as Assistants in April.

Tony Ensom Tony Ensom is a building surveyor by profession. He has taken a keen interest in dispute resolution matters at the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors over the years and followed the Senior Warden as Chairman of Construction Arbrix, which has around 140 members who get together twice a year to discuss industry issues.
Mark Hoyle

 

Mark Hoyle is a barrister and Visiting Professor at the School of Law at Leeds University, besides being an Immigration Judge and a Committee member of the London Branch of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

 We are sure that each of them will make a valuable contribution to the running of the Company and look forward to receiving their wise counsel.
Dominic Paul Spencer Underhill Dominic Paul Spencer Underhill – A Solicitor. He regularly sits as an arbitrator in domestic and international arbitrations. The legal assessor to the Disciplinary Tribunal of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and Legal Advisor to the Disciplinary Tribunal of the Actuarial Profession in England and Wales. A Fellow of the CIArb and Society for Advanced Legal Studies.
Peter John English

Peter John English - A Quantity Surveyor and Arbitrator. He is also a member of the Association of Project Safety, Society of Construction Law, Adjudication Society and the Chartered Institute.
