Martin Dzediku Freeman Christopher Miers who was admitted to the Freedom on 25th April 2007. Christopher is a Chartered Architect and Chartered Arbitrator. On the Panel of Arbitrators and Adjudicators of the Chartered Institute and the Royal Institute of British Architects and an accredited mediator with the Centre for Dispute Resolution. Also on the Panel of Adjudicators of the Centre for Dispute Resolution, the Construction Industry Council and the Chartered Institute of Building.

Freeman Lindy Ann Patterson who was admitted to the Freedom on 25th April 2007. Lindy is a Solicitor, an honorary member of the RICS, and member of the RICS in Scotland, Building Standards Advisory Committee, Consultative Committee Scottish Building Contract Committee, Adjudicator with the TeCSA Panel of Adjudicators and past Commercial Court, Court of Session, working party member.
Freeman Peter McNamara, who was admitted to the Freedom on 25th April 2007. Peter is a Solicitor, adjudicator and mediator. He is a member of the Institution of Civil Engineers, the Adjudication Society, the Association of Independent Construction Adjudicators, Civil Mediation Council, Society of Construction Law and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute.
Robin Orme Freeman Peter John English who was admitted to the Freedom on 25th April 2007.  Peter is a Quantity Surveyor and Arbitrator. He is also a member of the Association of Project Safety, Society of Construction Law, Adjudication Society and the Chartered Institute.
Freeman Nicholas Gould who was admitted to the Freedom on 11th July 2007. Nicholas is a Solicitor and Partner at Fenwick Elliott. He is Chairman of the Society of Construction Law and Management, member of the RICS Dispute Resolution Faculty Board and Advocacy working group and of the CIArb ADR Practice Sub-Committee.
Freeman Eric John Mouzer who was admitted to the Freedom on 11th July 2007.  Eric is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, Fellow of the Chartered Institute and RICS, a member of the CIArb Panel of Arbitrators, RICS Panel of Construction Arbitrators, as well as being a CEDR Accredited and Registered Mediator, CIArb, RICS, TeCSA Approved Mediator and RICS Registered Expert.
Freeman Iain Robert Christie who was admitted to the Freedom on 16th July 2007. Iain is a Barrister, on the Bar Council’s top tier of barrister mediators who has taken part in a county court mediation scheme in Dorset and voluntary community mediation in London. Sits on the Bar Council’s ADR committee and is a member of the Chartered Institute.
Freeman James Jude Bridgeman who was admitted to the Freedom on 11th July 2007. James is a Barrister, Fellow of the Chartered Institute and member of the CIArb Irish Branch Committee, a founder member of the CIArb IP and ICT interest group.
Freeman David Martin Wilson who was admitted to the Freedom on 31st October 2007. David is a Chartered Engineer, Chartered Arbitrator and an Adjudicator. He is a European Engineer registered in Brussels, and is a Fellow of both the Chartered Institute and the Institution of Mechanical Engineers.
Freeman Helena Frances Brown who was admitted to the Freedom on 31st October 2007. Helena is an Associate of the Chartered Institute, current Chairman of CIArb South East Branch and Chairman of the CIArb’s Young Members Group. She is also a member of the Adjudication Society and sits on Council of the Society of Construction Law.
Freeman John Leonard Riches who was admitted to the Freedom on 31st October 2007. John is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Chartered Builder with more than 30 years experience in the construction industry.
Freeman Robert Juniper who was admitted to the Freedom on 31st October 2007. Bob is Senior Partner of Daniel Connal Partnership and a Chartered Quantity Surveyor. He opened the Colchester office in 1971 and is a member of the RICS, the Chartered Institute, CEDR Solve and the Faculty of Building.
Freeman David Evan Somerset, who was admitted to the Freedom on 8th February 2008. David is a Quantity Surveyor, Fellow of the Chartered Institute, the RICS, the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors and the Hong Kong Institute of Arbitrators. He is an accredited CEDR Mediator and a member of the Expert Witness Institute and RICS Expert Witness Registration Scheme.
Freeman Manu Duggal, who was admitted to the Freedom on 8th February 2008. Manu is a financial consultant who is a Magistrate in the courts of the City of Westminster, London. He is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute, aiming for full Membership this summer when he completes his LLM with specialisations in EC Competition Law and International Commercial Arbitration. He is a member of the European Users’ Council of the LCIA. He is an apprentice, with John Uff as his mentor.
Freeman David Stephen Simmons, who was admitted to the Freedom on 8th February 2008. David is a Quantity Surveyor, presently Director of Quantex Consulting based in Halesowen. He is a member of the West Midlands Branch of the Chartered Institute, and a member of the Academy of Experts.
