Three new Freemen admitted

The first Court meeting of 2010 was held on 5th February at which three new Freemen were admitted, His Honour Peter Bowsher QC, Dr David Gill and Sir Gary Hickinbottom. Freeman Gordon Cain was admitted to the Livery. After the lunch which followed Peter Rees, the City Planning Officer who heads the Planning and Transportation Department treated those present to a fascinating view of the development of the City.
