Carol Service at St Mary-le-Bow

St Mary-le-Bow was the venue for the Company's Annual Carol Service on 13th December 2011. Present were a combination of members and the Company’s guests including seven Masters (Builders Merchants, Engineers, Farmers, Launderers, Management Consultants, Marketors, Tax Advisors) and one Senior Warden (Lightmongers).  Also invited were the Officers, management and staff of the CIArb, CEDR, RICS, LCIA, LMAA, GAFTA and FOSFA.

The choir was in exceptional form and the Company did its best to rattle the rafters.

Readings were given by Michael Forbes Smith, Past Master James Mackie, the Immediate Past Master Kay Linnell, the Master and the Senior Warden.

The Chaplain’s homily combined, as ever, wit and weight.

Following the service, wine and mince pies were served and a good time seemed to be being had by all.  Liveryman Paul Rose dealt very capably with these arrangements assisted by ushers Liveryman Forbes Smith and Assistant Christopher Miers
